REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Please read this policy carefully. This is the Refund and Cancellation Policy of Austin Business Strategies, LLC.
Digital Services/Consulting Services
Do to the nature of the services an products provided by Austin Business Strategies , LLC:
- We do not issue refunds for digital products, consuting or advisory services once the order is confirmed and the project has moved into the planning phase.
- A refund is not possible for work already completed.
- No partial reimbursements will be issued for projects that are in the middle of their milestone phases.
- Hourly and customer support contracts are to be paid in advance. None of these qualify for refunds. Unused time in your hourly or support contract can be used for credit towards upcoming work. The invoice can be updated at the company's discretion.
- No refunds are offered on deposits or payments for abandoned or dormant projects. The cut-off time for abandoned or dormant projects is 30 days.
There is no obligation for us to provide a refund or credit in the following situations:
- You change your mind about an service;
- You choose to pivot the scope of services at any time
- You choose to abandon the service or project
- A client will pay Austin Business Strategies, LLC a cancellation fee of 45% if the project or any
portion of the project scope is canceled by the client.
Digital Downloads/Products
- All sales are final. Once you access or download any digital content that you purchased, you no longer have the right to cancel your purchase of that digital content.
- We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is downloaded/sent.
- If there is a technical problem with your download, we can help you resolve the matter. In this case, you must notify us via email at [support@austinbusinessstrategies.com] within 5 days of purchasing the digital product.
- There is no obligation to provide a refund or credit in the following situations:
- You change your mind about an item;
- You bought an item by mistake;
- You do not have sufficient expertise to use an item.
Physical Products
● We accept returns for physical products only if they arrive damaged. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must provide proof that the item arrived damaged.
This includes:
○ Photographic evidence of the damage;
○ A detailed description of the damage;
○ Original packaging materials.
● You must notify us of the damage within 7 days of receiving the item by contacting us at support@austinbusinessstrategies.com. Please include your order number and contact information in your email.
● Upon receiving your proof of damage, we will assess the situation and, if approved, we will send you a replacement item or issue a refund to your original method of payment.
● If the return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the damaged item to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
● We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any other reasons aside from damage upon arrival.
